An original 8.5×6.5″ vintage photo from a large collection of American Expeditionary Force (AEF) Signal Corps photos we acquired from the estate of a collector. It has an exceptionally helpful caption written in pen by the image. The photographer appears to have been in the 30th Div (“Old Hickory”), and most of the photos taken around the time the Hindenburg Line was taken. Professionally packaged in a rigid mailer for safe delivery. Photo Overview General G.F. Glenn of the 83rd Division U.S.A. is depicted awarding 1st Lt. Wm. J. Warfield from the 33rd Division near Le Mans, Sarthe in France.
