On offer is this adorable vintage late 1980’s 2 tiered skirt made by OshKosh. This cutie is very girly with ruffles and pink flowers with green leaves on a white background. This has the pink Osh Kosh tag and is a 4T.  It has a stretchable waist to leave room for growing. This could be dressed up or down and is perfect for spring and summer.  Very flouncy and fun.
