This auction is for a vintage 1950s German PHILIPP NIEDERMEIER TIN WIND-UP TOY TANDEM CARS #21. Both show faded paint, the primarily orange car shows more light surface rust and wear then blue car. Wind up has been tested and it partially works ( will only partially move if in the air, if on the ground will not move at all). Great parts or restoration piece. Feel free to ask any questions.
