Beginning April 1, 2015, HRP will allow only Qualified Dealers to market HRP’s Proprietary Product Lines on 3rd Party Marketplace, or on Auction Sites. This policy contemplates that the Proprietary Product Lines will be less available on the bulk internet sites and more exclusively available on HRP Dealers’ own e-commerce websites or in their own stores subject to HRP’s minimum advertised price guidelines. This policy makes HRP Dealers more valuable, increases traffic to HRP Dealer e-commerce websites, and will enhance customer experiences with the Proprietary Product Lines.
