For cards under $20, cards are shipped with an ebay standard envelope. For cards over $20 or over 3 oz, cards are sandwiched between extra toploaders or cardboard for protection and are shipped in either a bubble mailer or a cardboard box. How do you ship your graded cards? For graded cards under $100, graded cards are shipped in a bubble mailer. For graded cards over $100 and under $200, graded cards are shipped in a bubble mailer inside another bubble mailer. For graded cards over $200, graded cards are shipped in a cardboard box with bubble wrap. Tracking says it was delivered, but I never received the card. Where is my card? For ebay standard envelope, the tracking might say the card arrived when it has not. Please wait a couple business days after the tracking said it was delivered before messaging me. Disclaimer: PSA determines the condition of the card. If you happen to disagree with the assigned grade, I can not accept a return based on that reason.
