If you’d like to exchange for an alternate product, please enclose a self addressed/pre-paid satchel for the return. We do not pay the postage. If the parcel is returned due to incorrect name/ shipping address, it is the buyers responsibility to pay for the postage to resend parcel. Combining Postage: There’s two ways of doing it- 1) make your purchases, selecting buy it now on the items and then wait for me to send you a combined invoice 2) if automatically set up to pay with PayPal. Postage: We work with different courier partners like Australia Post, Couriers Please, Fastway Couriers to provide reasonable freight costs and quality service. The type of courier is depending on the size and weight of each item and the delivery location. If we are using a courier, they can not deliver to a Australia Post Po Box. Please be aware that some parcel lockers and/or Woolworths, Big W etc stores only hold the item for up tp 14 days and if it gets returned to us, because you haven’t collected, then its your responsibility to pay for it to be resent to you.
