This is a new as of 2015 purchase. Board was only used to trouble shoot a 16x system and was not needed. This is a Rev. 'D' and may be good for 15x to 23x but verify as it was tested in a 16x system only! Board is being sold Out-Right basis. As-Is with no warranty. Static protection was used during all use of this device.
