OOAK – one of a kind Handpainted my Rebecca Worstell in 2023 Features a sort of airbrushed frosted look over blue glass with pearl and rhinestone embellishments. See last pic for a tiny spot that the airbrushing was either missed or maybe a pearl fell off(not sure)
