The 8th generation of the Chevy Corvette marked a transformation for the storied sports car, with the mid-engine layout providing room for performance gains that were out of reach for a front-engined sports car. The Z06 version of the C8 trylu takes advantage of that capacity, with the flat-plane LT6 V8 producing 670 horsepower for a naturally aspirated sprint 0-60mph in 2.6 seconds.
